Margarita Alvarado serves as the HR Director Americas at Solera, Inc. since May 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end Talent strategy, enhancing recruitment, retention, and development of talent, and implementing reward plans to align with business objectives in a dynamic environment. Previously, Margarita held leadership roles in HR across various companies, including roles as HR Director for LATAM-IBERIA and LATAM at Solera, and as Business Partner at Pfizer. With a strong background in organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent development, Margarita has played a pivotal role in facilitating business strategies across 13 countries. Educational credentials include an MBA with a focus on HR and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Universidad de las Américas Ciudad de México.
