Nick Prickel is a Senior Vice President at Vista Equity Partners, a leading private equity investment firm specializing in software, data, and technology-enabled services companies. Since joining in July 2016, Nick has been involved in investments across 12 platform companies and has held board member and observer positions at several notable firms. In addition to core transaction execution and portfolio management, Nick served as Vice President, Staffer from January 2020 to December 2022, overseeing personnel management for over 70 analysts and associates. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Strategic Operations at Aptean, where Nick led multiple acquisitions, and as an Associate at both Vista Equity Partners and Rothschild in mergers and acquisitions. Nick holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
