Director of IT at Solerity

Jesse Toth has worked in the IT field since 2009. In 2009, they began as an IT Support Contractor at Clark Realty Capital. In 2010, they became an IT Support Specialist at Clark Companies, where they were responsible for project management, quality control, Cisco Video Teleconference implementation, Cisco Communication Manager troubleshooting, and Citrix administration and support. In 2013, they were promoted to Help Desk Manager at The Center for Shared Services. In 2015, they became the Help Desk Manager at NeoSystems, LLC., where they managed a team of four and supported 450+ external clients from a Tier 1 capacity. In 2016, they were promoted to IT Manager at Octo (formerly Sevatec), where they developed PowerShell scripts to automate various processes for helpdesk. In 2018, they became the IT Manager at U.Group, where they setup the IT department by developing, implementing, and enforcing secure IT protocols. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of IT at Solerity, where they managed critical infrastructure, security policies and implementation, compliance policies and oversight, all cloud technologies/capabilities, administrative applications/tools, and help desk.

Jesse Toth obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University between 2002 and 2006. Jesse also holds certifications from Microsoft, including MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7, MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), and Microsoft Certified solutions Associate (MCSA).
