Katherine Eboch has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. In their most recent position at Soles4Souls, they worked as the Vice President of Information Technology, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of various software systems. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Information Technology at the same organization. In their earlier role at Soles4Souls, Katherine was responsible for managing inventory and databases, utilizing Blackbaud products and TrackVia.
Outside of Soles4Souls, Katherine worked as a Campaign Coordinator for Friends of the Toledo Lucas County Public Library and as a Campaign Staff member for Lisa Sobecki for Lucas County Commissioner. Katherine also worked as a Campaign Manager for Mac Driscoll's Toledo City Council campaign, where they coordinated marketing efforts, candidate appearances, volunteer canvassing events, and fundraisers.
Katherine has also held positions at Bowling Green State University, where they worked as an Adjunct Professor and a Graduate Assistant in various departments. At McGraw-Hill Education, they served as an Editor and Supply Chain Management Content Specialist. Additionally, they worked at Dollar General as a Demand Planning Analyst and at Marathon Center for the Performing Arts as an Office Assistant. Katherine also gained experience at Goodspeed Musicals as a Substitute Stage Carpenter.

Katherine Eboch, MBA, CPSM has a diverse education history. Katherine first attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a BFA in Production Technology and Management. Afterward, they furthered their education at Bowling Green State University from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Supply Chain Management. As part of their MBA program, Katherine also participated in a semester abroad at EM Strasbourg Business School in 2016, focusing on International Business.
In addition to their academic achievements, Katherine Eboch has also acquired several certifications. These include the Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management, which they obtained in January 2021. Katherine also holds certifications such as Automation Pro II Certification from Workato (December 2020), Raiser's Edge: Professional Certification Exam 2019 & 2020 from Blackbaud (January 2019), Board Member Accelerator Series hosted by EPIC Toledo from Aly Sterling Philanthropy (November 2016), Heartsaver CPR AED from the American Heart Association (December 2018), and a 30 Hour OSHA certification from an undisclosed institution (January 2012).
