Hatcher S. has a wealth of experience in the financial and investment industry. Hatcher began their career in 2003 as a Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales at FBR. In 2008, they moved to WestEnd Advisors, LLC as a Marketing Associate. In 2009, they joined GenSpring - SunTrust Private Wealth as an Investment Associate, advising ultra-high net worth families on public and private equity and credit, real estate, and a variety of alternative investments. In 2011, they joined UBS as a Senior Investment Officer of UBS Hedge Fund Solutions, conducting investment research on event driven, asset-backed, special situation and long/short equity hedge fund strategies. In 2017, they founded Snead, LLC, an alternative investment consulting firm for family offices, foundations, and investment advisors. In 2020, they moved to Hudson Executive Capital as Head of Marketing, leading business development efforts for the $1.9 billion value-oriented investor. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Soleus Capital Management, L.P. as Director of Business Development, investing across the healthcare lifecycle from developmental-stage companies through commercial companies.
