Yolaine Bakongo Tchouaga has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, having worked in various HR roles in different companies. Yolaine is currently the Regional HR Manager at SOLEVO Group, where Yolaine supports organizational design, recruitment, payroll, and HR processes. Previously, Yolaine held positions at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Eurofinsa, APM Terminals, Schlumberger, and Addax Petroleum. Yolaine holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Université Catholique d'Afrique Centrale.
