Yuanbin Ru

Yuanbin Ru serves as the Associate Director of Translational Data Science at Soley Therapeutics, with a robust background in bioinformatics and data science across several biotechnology companies. Prior roles include Bioinformatics Consultant at Annexon Biosciences, overseeing disease modeling and biomarker identification for Guillain-Barré syndrome, and Associate Director at Atara Biotherapeutics, where Yuanbin built a data science team and contributed to over 100 biomarker discovery projects. Previous experience includes positions at CytomX Therapeutics, BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., and the Chan Soon-Shiong Institute of Molecular Medicine, focusing on bioinformatics infrastructure, target and biomarker discovery, and research in oncology and rare genetic diseases.
