Currently, Baard serves as Executive Chair at Kynningsrud Bostäder AB and Nåbo, focusing on housing projects in Gothenburg and the Oslo and Bergen regions, respectively. As Managing Partner at UNION Residential Development, Baard oversees a fund that invests in housing development companies in major Scandinavian cities. Baard also holds board positions at Visuado and Marketer, which provide innovative solutions for property visualization and AI-driven real estate sales. Previously, Baard founded Quality Living Residential AS, where the focus is on quality housing rental. Notably, during Baard's tenure as Group CEO at Selvaag Bolig ASA, the company grew to become Norway's largest housing developer.
