During their time at IBM, they led several business transformation initiatives and played a key role in outsourcing the IBM B2B Enterprise Gateway.

In 2013, Kapil became the CEO of Mad on Ads, a platform that helps calculate the return on investment (ROI) of TV advertisements. Kapil developed a system that allows viewers to provide their opinions and feedback on TV ads on a second-by-second basis, providing valuable insights to brands.
