Ann Harrison

Ann Harrison is a board member at the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Ann has also served as chairwoman at Stephensons Solicitors LLP and as an independent consultant. Ann is a strategic thinker, business planner, and facilitator with compliance, governance, and money laundering expertise. Ann Harrison began their career as a solicitor at O'Riordan & Co in 1988 and then moved to Besford & Co in 1989 where they worked as a sole practitioner. In January 2008, they took on the role of Chairwoman at Stephensons Solicitors LLP. In May 2020, they semi-retired and took on the role of NED at Wigan & Leigh FE College and The Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Ann Harrison has a 2:1 from the University of Portsmouth in Business Studies and a BA (hons) in Business Studies from Wigan Girls High School. Ann is currently a solicitor.
