Bill Dully

Bill Dully brings 30 years of business experience with his most significant work being the President/COO of Worldwide Operations at The Upper Deck Company and President/COO/CFO of Don Russ. In 2014 he was Senior Vice President of Operations of Windstone Behavioral Health and was responsible for the safe, daily operations of 16 clinics and ambulatory centers for the Severely and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) in Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties. Mr. Dully received his C.A.A.D.A.C. from UCLA in 2013 and his Masters in Health Administration from USC in 2015. He is a veteran of The U.S. Navy and served two tours of duty in the Persian Gulf and is responsible for the overall business management operations at H&J; Toxicology.
