Solid Landings Behavioral Health

Bill Dully brings 30 years of business experience with his most significant work being the President/COO of Worldwide Operations at The Upper Deck Company and President/COO/CFO of Don Russ. In 2014 he was Senior Vice President of Operations of Windstone Behavioral Health and was responsible for the safe, daily operations of 16 clinics and ambulatory centers for the Severely and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) in Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties. Mr. Dully received his C.A.A.D.A.C. from UCLA in 2013 and his Masters in Health Administration from USC in 2015. He is a veteran of The U.S. Navy and served two tours of duty in the Persian Gulf and is responsible for the overall business management operations at H&J; Toxicology.

Tanisha’s role is making sure that operations at Solid Landings are smooth and efficient and that all the clients’ needs are addressed and met. Tanisha’s background and passion is in helping those who are in need. She previously worked in the criminal justice system in the pretrial release department. She also worked in the non-profit sector, helping the hungry and poor.

Elizabeth has an extensive background in the marketing industry and her experience and skills in the areas of sales and advertising have been key in undoing fears and misconceptions about drug and alcohol treatment and getting more people to learn more about Solid Landings. A stint as a bartender, which ironically exacerbated a developing alcohol problem, gave Elizabeth a unique insight into the mind of a person who is addicted to substance use, and which led her to work with partners to form Solid Landings.

Steve has a proven track record of success in developing and expanding facilities, as well as improving quality assurance and compliance issues. Steve is a visionary leader who is able to see the big picture and create a strategy that will successfully position the company as a differentiated competitor in the industry. Steve is passionate about delivering superior medical and clinical services to the community and is always looking for ways to improve the company's communication with employees, stakeholders, and the community.

Ms. Ford offers counsel on a wide variety of legal issues. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law and her undergraduate degree in computer science from Syracuse University. Since graduating from law school, Ms. Ford has tried civil cases all over the state and represented many high-profile clients.

Mark’s enthusiasm and dedication to reaching positive outcomes for our clients has helped build Solid Landings as a center of excellence for the treatment of substance abuse. Mark’s background in both the private and non-profit sectors informs his initiatives to build business relationships and allow Solid Landings to grow and reach out to more people. Mark holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of New Hampshire, and has wide experience leading several non-profit organizations and businesses. He was actively involved in Bikestation, an alternative transportation consulting service that oversaw millions of dollars from local, state, and federal agencies for bicycle and pedestrian transportation.

Mark Shandrow

Gerik joined Solid Landings in early 2016 and brings with him nearly 20 years of refined experience in corporate finance. Most notable is Gerik’s recent work as co-founder and partner of Alpine Pacific Capital – a middle-market private equity investment firm that focuses on a wide variety of industry verticals including healthcare.
