Jessica Whitcomb Winter, RYT, RMT, serves as the Recycling, Education & Marketing Manager at the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County, where responsibilities include directing daily operations and implementing policies to enhance efficiency and employee morale. With experience spanning various organizations, including Southern New Hampshire University and NAMI, Jessica has a proven track record of developing strategic communications plans, improving employee retention, and leading successful grant applications. Jessica's previous roles in marketing and program management have resulted in significant fundraising achievements and optimized operational processes. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida Atlantic University and has completed military training at both the US Army Infantry School and the US Army Intelligence School.
