Paul Dumars has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County since January 2012, after previously holding the title of Director of Financial Services. Prior to this role, Paul served as CFO at the South Florida Water Management District from November 2000 to June 2011. Paul is an alumnus of Northwestern State University and graduated from Natchitoches-Central High School.
