Catherine Pajic is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational development, recruitment, and program management. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Organizational Development at Solidarity Center since May 2018, Catherine has successfully led recruitment initiatives during a period of growth and adapted processes to enhance efficiency and diversity. Previous roles include Recruiting Consultant for both Solidarity Center and the Institute for War & Peace Reporting, as well as Manager of Global Recruitment at the National Democratic Institute, where Catherine implemented streamlined recruitment practices and trained staff. With additional experience in technical writing, freelancing, and development roles at various organizations, Catherine holds an M.A. in Russian Area Studies from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Mass Communication from Boston University.
