Darcy Wertz

Darcy Wertz has over two decades of experience in operational management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Solidarity Center since 2001. Prior experience includes roles in bids and proposals at AED from 1999 to 2001, and as Contracts Manager at NTL Institute for a brief period in 1992-1993. Earlier career stages included various positions at OEF International from 1988 to 1991. Darcy Wertz holds a Master's degree in French Literature from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
