Laura Brightsen

Laura Brightsen is an experienced executive and board member with a career spanning over a decade. In 2021, they became the President of SolidBlock, a real estate tokenization company, and the Venture Advisory Director of Green Cow Venture Capital. Laura was also a Founding Member and Co-Chair of the NYC Affiliate of the Private Directors Association® from 2017 to 2019, and a National Sponsorship Advisor from 2022 to present. Laura was a Partner and Investment Committee Member of Sarona Asset Management from 2019 to 2021, a Board of Director of Govenda from 2014 to 2021, a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Inventiv Capital Management LLC from 2018 to 2019, a Managing Director of Private Equity Management Associates from 2008 to 2021, a Limited Partner of Initialized Capital from 2012 to 2021, a Managing Director of Golden Seeds from 2010 to 2021, and a Board of Director of RuMe, Inc. from 2011 to 2021.

Laura Brightsen has a Masters in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, a Private Equity Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Bachelor's in Marketing and Economics from James Madison University, and has attended the Venture Capital Institute and the University of Oxford.
