Hana Elster

Hana Elster is currently serving as a Core Crew Member at [solidcore] since June 2023, focusing on client interactions and class sales. In addition to this role, Hana is the President of TAMID at Boston University, leading over 100 members in consulting with Israeli startups and facilitating internal case competitions to enhance critical thinking. As an Investment Fund Analyst, Hana managed a project analyzing NVIDIA and stock market trends. Previous experience includes a Business Analytics Internship at Uniformed Services University, where Hana contributed to improving management through insights on OKRs and IPRs, as well as roles as a Hostess at Mussel Bar and a Shift Lead at Playa Bowls. Hana is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, expected to graduate in May 2026, following foundational education at Walter Johnson High School and Montgomery College.
