Kaitlyn Ewoldt is a media specialist and director known for their unique blend of creative flair and structured execution. With experience in brand development, strategic operations, and people-first organizational growth, they have worked alongside CEOs and contributed to successful fundraising efforts. Currently, they serve as the Director of Executive Affairs at Solideon, where they lead brand identity development and manage HR infrastructure. Kaitlyn has previously held roles as a Communications Coordinator at beacon and as a Creative Director for the Minaret Foundation, where they excelled in advocacy and legislative strategy. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Old Dominion University.
