Charlie Johnson, CMB®, has a comprehensive work history in the real estate industry. Charlie started their career at Silver State Mortgage as a Retail Lending Branch Manager, where they successfully managed a sales team and secured preferred lender accounts with top-level decision-makers. Charlie then joined Meridias Capital as a Retail Mortgage Branch Manager before becoming a self-employed Real Estate Investor. Charlie later worked at SettlementOne Valuation as a Regional Director of Sales, significantly increasing sales revenue. Currently, they hold the role of SVP, Head of National Sales at Solidifi, where they have established the company as a leading provider of residential real estate appraisals in North America. With strong leadership abilities and a proven track record, Charlie Johnson is a valuable asset in the real estate industry.

Charlie Johnson, CMB®, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Finance from San Diego State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they have pursued various certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they completed the Digital Transformation Specialist Certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Entrepreneurship 1: Developing The Opportunity, Entrepreneurship 2: Launching your Start-Up, and Entrepreneurship 3: Growth Strategies from the University of Pennsylvania. They also achieved the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association in July 2022.
