Hans Arends

Hans Arends has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in board mill operations. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Graphic Board Mills at SOLIDUS SOLUTIONS since June 2015, previous roles include Plant Manager at Solidus Solutions in Oude Pekela and Smurfit Kappa Solid Board from April 2004 to September 2015. Earlier in their career, Hans worked as a Consultant at Mainnovation and held various engineering and managerial positions at GE Plastics from 1989 to 2000, including Maintenance & Engineering Manager. Hans holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from HTS Groningen.
