Nicolás Buscemi Roldán

Nicolás Buscemi Roldán is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of the Legal Department at Solidus Capital since August 2023, overseeing legal functions for a global group of regulated entities. Previously, Nicolás held the position of Senior Corporate Compliance at Ripio, focusing on risk-based legal structuring and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions in Latin America. As a Senior Associate at Allende & Brea, Nicolás provided corporate legal counsel and developed integrity programs for international companies. Additionally, Nicolás served as a Legal Advisor for General Cable, delivering legal advice in various sectors throughout Latin America. Nicolás holds a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and has completed certifications in International Compliance. A Master in Economic Business Law is currently in progress at the same institution.
