Hope Castaniaga

Hope Castaniaga is an experienced Scrum Master at DELMIAWorks since June 2021, overseeing the output of multiple development teams and ensuring adherence to Scrum practices. Additionally, Hope has been the Owner of Hope Assisted Living since January 2016. Previous roles include Software Test Engineering Lead at Dassault Systèmes, where responsibilities involved managing the testing lifecycle for each sprint, and various positions at IQMS and J&W Truck Service focused on software testing and support. Early career experiences include roles at Santa Maria High School as a Girl's Wrestling Coach and administrative tasks at Villa Gardens Home Care, alongside academic backgrounds from Allan Hancock College, Laurus College, and high schools in Santa Maria and Pioneer Valley, culminating in certifications in Information Technology.
