Matt Paget has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Matt is currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Customer Success at Solifi since 2022. Previously, they worked at Odessa Technologies, Inc. as a Client Delivery Executive from 2017 to 2021, where they successfully negotiated a $450K upgrade for a legacy client and received multiple awards for their team's performance. Matt also worked at D+H, where they held roles as an Account Manager and Business Solutions Manager from 2009 to 2017, responsible for delivering products and services to commercial and business banking customers. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at PowerBand Canada from 2008 to 2009 and as a Senior Associate Marketing Manager at Canadian Tire Financial Services from 2005 to 2008. Matt started their career as a Business Analyst at Canadian Tire and later served as a Production Manager at Teranet Inc. from 1994 to 2002.

Matt Paget completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Windsor from 1991 to 1995. Matt then went on to obtain their MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, completing the program from 2001 to 2003.
