Becci Youlden has extensive work experience in the housing sector. Becci is currently the Head of Customer Experience at Solihull Community Housing since December 2022. Prior to this, they were the Customer Experience Manager at the same company from September 2019 to December 2022. Before joining Solihull Community Housing, Becci worked at Bournville Village Trust for many years, where they held the positions of Head of Stewardship and New Communities from March 2011 to September 2019, and Head of Business Improvement from October 2001 to March 2011.

Becci Youlden obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology from the University of Warwick, which they pursued from 1998 to 2001. Subsequently, they enrolled at Birmingham City University, where they earned a Master's degree in Housing from 2002 to 2005.
