Dan Mihalek

Dan Mihalek is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and project engineering. Currently serving as a Plant Engineer at Solina since October 2022, Dan previously held positions as a Manufacturing Engineer at Asenzya Inc. and Project Engineer at Kohler Co., where responsibilities included enclosure and fuel tank design for generator sets, leading new machinery installations, and implementing process improvements. Earlier roles included Project Engineer at Lorence Manufacturing Corporation and an Engineering Intern at LJB Product Solutions, LLC. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2011.
