Currently serving as a Research and Development Technologist at Saratoga Food Specialties since September 2021, Anna specializes in formulating and optimizing various seasoning blends and sauces. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Specialist at Pasta Mia, where responsibilities included monitoring quality control and collaborating on client specifications, and Administrative Assistant at Children's Medical Services, where Anna improved operational efficiency. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and a minor in Graphic Arts Communication, Anna has also gained experience in marketing through internships and has furthered education at Charles University.
