In 2019, they held two roles, one as a Quality Assurance and HACCP Coordinator at Harvest Food Products Co and the other as Quality Assurance and Receiving Specialist at Revolution Foods. In 2020, they were a Quality Assurance Specialist at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling and a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Supervisor at Creative Energy Foods, Inc. Currently, they are a Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager at Cream Co. Meats and a Research and Development Technologist at Climax Foods.

Thomas Ma obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Food Science from the University of California, Davis in 2017.
