Jim Bejna

Jim Bejna is an experienced operations and supply chain professional with a background in the food industry, currently serving as the VP of Operations & Supply Chain at Saratoga Food Specialties since January 2021. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Director of Operations at Saratoga Specialties from September 2004 to January 2021 and at Great Kitchens from September 2001 to September 2004. Earlier in Jim's career, leadership was demonstrated as Plant Manager at Guernsey Bel from August 1991 to May 1997, along with various QA and operations positions at Kraft Foods between November 1986 and July 1991. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned from 1984 to 1987.
