Mike Williams

Mike Williams is a seasoned Senior Systems Analyst with extensive experience in business intelligence and reporting solutions, currently serving at Solina Group and Saratoga Food Specialties. A member of 100 Black Men of Chicago since 2008, Mike has previously held key roles at Smithfield Foods, Ecolab, Allstate Insurance Company, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Pemco Aeroplex, Regions Financial Corporation, and Protective Life Corporation. Mike's expertise encompasses the development, enhancement, and maintenance of reporting systems utilizing tools such as Crystal Reports and Microsoft BI Stack, with a strong background in systems analysis, project management, and application development. Mike holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama.
