Natalie Foster

Natalie Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Senior Internal Business Systems Analyst at United Concordia Dental since July 2017, previous positions include Dental Network Service Representative and Executive Administrative Assistant. Prior to this, Natalie worked at Heartland Dental as a Business Team Trainer and Business Assistant from July 2012 to February 2017. Additional experience includes roles as a Server at Appalachian Brewing Company, Bartender/Server at Nellos, Recruiter at Premier Staffing Solutions, Service Assistant and Bank Teller at The Grand Rapids Press and Independent Bank, respectively, and Shift Lead at Family Video. Natalie is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications at Penn State University, expected to be completed in December 2025, and previously attended Kirtland Community College from 2005 to 2007.
