Monica Castillo

Monica Castillo has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Monica started their career in 2005 as a Provider Relations Specialist and Credentialing Coordinator at Preferred Medical Plan, Inc. In 2009, they joined Leon Medical Centers as a Care Connector for both Inpatient and Outpatient care. In 2014, they moved to AmeriHealth Caritas Florida where they led the Utilization Management Team. Currently, they work at Solis Health Plans as the Health Services Team Lead, a position they have held since 2018.

Monica Castillo completed their education in 2004 at Professional Training Centers, where they pursued a degree in Billing and Coding. Their field of study during this time was focused on Billing and Coding. In 2022, they enrolled at Fortis College in Florida and is currently pursuing a degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
