Daniel Cady is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a Physician Recruiter at Solis Mammography since July 2025, Daniel has held significant roles including External Consultant and Sr Director of Talent Acquisition at Gastro Care Partners, Vice President-Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at NurseCore, and Director of Talent Acquisition at Pediatrix Medical Group, where responsibilities included overseeing a large team and managing recruiting processes for thousands of employees across numerous states. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Cielo Talent and Sutherland, as well as a notable career with the United States Air Force in various recruiting and human resource roles.
