Michelle Benami, M.A. EdHD has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in mammography and patient care coordination. Michelle began their career in 1996 as a Breast Center Supervisor at Rose Medical Center and then worked as a Mammography Clinical Coordinator at Radiology Imaging Associates/Invision Sally Jobe in 2002. From 2004 to 2013, they served as a Mammographer and Patient Care Coordinator at Solis Mammography. Michelle then joined Solis Mammography again in 2014, where they held various roles including Center Operations Director, Regional Operations Director, and Regional HR Director/HRBP. In these positions, they focused on developing and implementing individual and leadership development programs, as well as evaluating and improving existing programs. In 2019, Michelle also worked as a Pastor of Leadership Development at Sukkat Shalom Messianic Congregation.
Michelle Benami, M.A. EdHD has a diverse education history. Michelle is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University. Michelle holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University - Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Radiologic Sciences from Midwestern State University.
In addition to their formal education, Michelle has obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2019, they completed the "Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID" certification from LinkedIn. In 2020, they earned the certifications "Creating a Leadership Development Program" and "Your L&D Organization as a Competitive Advantage" from LinkedIn. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained the "Caliper Essentials Certification" from Caliper. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to staying current in the field and expanding their expertise.
