Stephanie Swanson, FACHE, CMPE has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Stephanie currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Solis Mammography since September 2022. Previously, they held various positions at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, including Director of UTSW Medical Group, Associate Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of UTSW Medical Group, and Clinical Department Administrator of Anesthesiology & Pain Management from July 2012 to August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Johns Hopkins Medicine, where they held positions such as Assistant Administrator of Anesthesiology & Perioperative Services and Financial & Operations Manager of the Department of Surgery. Stephanie's career at Johns Hopkins began in December 2001 and ended in July 2012.

Stephanie Swanson, FACHE, CMPE holds a Master's of Health Science degree in Health Finance and Management from The Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. Stephanie has also achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from Auburn University. Stephanie possesses additional certifications including Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) from Medical Group Management, Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) from the American College of Healthcare Executives, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from ASQ - World Headquarters. The latter certifications were obtained in June 2010, December 2011, and May 2014 respectively.
