Danika Swanson

Danika Swanson is an experienced consultant and educator with a diverse background in personal development, community involvement, and dialogue facilitation. Currently serving as a Personal Development and Community Involvement Consultant and Spiritual and Community Animator at the English Montreal School Board since January 2019, Danika also has a long-standing role at Soliya as a facilitator, coach, fellow, expert, and trainer since October 2013. Previous experience includes positions at Seeds of Peace as a dialogue facilitator and trainer (2011-2018) and the University of Kansas as an education program specialist and lecturer (2012-2017). Danika's earlier roles include assistant positions at Asia Society and Rotary International, a teaching assistantship at Harvard Kennedy School, and volunteering with the Peace Corps. Educational credentials include a Master's in Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School and a Bachelor's in English Literature from Stanford University.
