Emma Henriksen

Emma Henriksen has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner at Solkompaniet since February 2022. Prior to this role, Emma was employed at Maxkompetens from June 2017 to January 2022 as a Konsultchef/Rekryterare, following the company's acquisition of Magna. Emma began the career at MAGNA Rekrytering & Bemanning, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and overseeing consultants working with client companies from December 2015 to May 2017. Initial experience involved working as a Bemanningsassistent, focusing on short-term placements and supporting recruitment efforts. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus on personnel and labor issues from Uppsala University, completed from 2012 to 2015, and previously studied at Lund University and Ålands Lyceum.
