Benjamin Sibilla

Benjamin Sibilla is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Business Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region at Solmax, a leader in geosynthetics manufacturing, since September 2024. Prior to this role, Benjamin was a Project Manager at Earth Engineering Incorporated, specializing in the Geotechnical Division, and has also worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at both Colliers Engineering & Design and Maser Consulting. Benjamin began their career in engineering as a Cooperative Education Student at Earth Engineering, gaining hands-on experience in site planning, project proposals, and soil testing. Earlier work experiences include landscaping and management roles in the service industry. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Widener University.
