Currently serving as the Managing Principal at Merle Management LLC since March 2015, Barry focuses on innovative growth strategies, market expansion, and capital raising for companies. Barry holds board positions at SolMicroGrid and sHYp, contributing to advancements in sustainable energy solutions. Previously, Barry was the CEO of EuroSite Power Inc. and President & COO of American DG Energy, where strategic leadership led to significant business transformations. Additional experience includes key roles at MicroLogic Inc., Schneider Electric, Tecogen, and NYSERDA. Barry holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
