Currently serving as Vice President of Europe at Solo Stove since June 2021, Alvaro oversees the P&L for the European market from offices in Rotterdam and Baden-Wuerttemberg, focusing on strategic initiatives across various departments. Previously, Alvaro held the position of International Marketplace Director at both Solo Stove and Solo Brands, achieving significant growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and EBITDA. Alvaro's earlier career included serving as Director of Business Development at e-Comas, where Alvaro drove over 400% growth, and as Founder & President of Qhali Kay Organics, which led to a successful business exit. Alvaro's background also includes a role as Sr. EU Marketplaces Consultant at Buy Box Experts, contributing to substantial revenue growth, and as Sales Team Lead at Moxie Pest Control. Alvaro holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Utah State University.
