Christopher Broughton-Bossong is an experienced paramedic and instructor with a diverse background in emergency medical response and training. Currently serving as a Paramedic at Action Ambulance Service, Inc. and as an EMT & Wilderness First Response Instructor at SOLO Wilderness Medical School since 2011, Christopher has also held positions with Conway Village Fire District and the New Hampshire Fire Academy. Previous roles include Firefighter AEMT with Conway Fire Department, Consultant Safety Officer for ASPCA’s Field Investigation and Response Team, and Emergency Response Consultant for Wildland Response. Christopher’s education includes a Master’s Degree in Wildlife Conservation from Prescott College and a Bachelor’s in Anthropology & History from the University of Cincinnati.

We offer a range of courses in wilderness and international travel medicine, from a 2 day basic First Aid to a 4-week intensive Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician. We have a beautiful small campus in Conway, New Hampshire in the heart of the White Mountains, but we offer our courses all over the US and internationally.
