Josh Norris

Josh Norris serves as the Director of the Adventure Leadership Institute at Oregon State University since November 2003, with a strong background in outdoor education and adventure-based programming. Josh has worked as a Wilderness, Disaster, and Emergency Medicine Instructor for SOLO Wilderness Medicine since January 2005 and held various roles in outdoor leadership, including Owner/Operator and Head Guide at Blooming Onion Mountain Guides and Coordinator of Ole Miss Outdoors at the University of Mississippi. With a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Mississippi and extensive experience in climbing, kayaking, and outdoor education, Josh Norris brings over two decades of expertise in adventure leadership and training to their current role.
