Marion Holmes currently serves as the Assistant Director at the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities at West Virginia University, alongside holding the position of Director for Adventure WV, where Marion leads a diverse team to implement programs and services for the university and the Morgantown community. With extensive experience in outdoor education and student programming, Marion has previously held roles as Associate Director and Assistant Director at Adventure WV and as an instructor at SOLO Wilderness Medical School, specializing in Wilderness First Aid and Wilderness First Responder courses. Prior career positions include Assistant Director of the Venture Program and Program Director of SOAR Outdoor at UNC Charlotte, as well as teaching and research assistant roles at the University of New Hampshire. Marion holds a Bachelor of Arts in History of Science from Harvard University and a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Outdoor Education from the University of New Hampshire.
