Jesse Fowl has extensive experience in the field of marketing and customer engagement. Jesse began their career as a Loyalty Marketing manager at MGM Resorts International, where they developed marketing campaigns for luxury customers in various casinos. Jesse then joined Accenture as a CRM Consultant, managing the relationship between the company and WaMu/JPMorgan's corporate marketing group. Here, they led a team of developers and implemented Unica's MRM software. Subsequently, Jesse worked at Revel Consulting as a Lead Consultant, leading the implementation of global marketing programs for Microsoft. Jesse played a key role in rolling out these programs to over 50 countries in less than two years. After this, Jesse became a Partner at Prota Ventures, a venture-building and early-stage investment firm. Lastly, they became the Managing Director at Solomon Solution, where they collaborated with clients to design and implement customer lifecycle acquisition and loyalty programs. Jesse leveraged Solomon's proprietary Engagement Framework to drive meaningful ROI through Customer Experience excellence.
