Harry Proctor is a seasoned corporate and transactional attorney with extensive experience in the legal field. Since January 1997, Harry has been with Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith LLP, focusing on corporate and transactional matters. Prior to this, Harry was a partner at Ferris, Britton and Proctor from 1994 to 1996, and before that, served as a partner at Friedman, Jay, Cramer, Proctor and Bagley from 1984 to 1994, where the practice included representation of start-up companies, licensing, finance, and private securities. Harry holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law (1977) and a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University (1971).
