David Cohen is a consultant at GQ Littler and co-founder and director of Solomonic. Previously, they served as a consultant at Keystone Law from 2013 to 2021, where they specialized in the tax and employment aspects of employee share ownership law. Prior to that, they were a partner at Norton Rose from 1998 to 2013, advising companies on tax-efficient share incentives. David holds a Master of Arts in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, earned in 1977.
