Steven Weymouth

Steven Weymouth has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Steven started their career at Margolin, Winer & Evens LLP, where they worked as a Senior Manager, managing audit and consulting engagements for large clients. Steven then joined Rubin & Katz, LLP as a Partner, where they managed the audit function and grew the firm. Subsequently, they served as the CFO of Davis & Partners, LLP, a real estate organization, overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, and investor relations. Steven also worked at KPMG LLP and Deloitte LLP as a Senior Manager, managing audit engagements for major real estate companies. At SL Green Realty Corp., Weymouth worked as a Vice President, directing accounting and financial analysis for commercial and retail properties. Steven then joined Related Companies as a Vice President, where they built an accounting team in Abu Dhabi and directed accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of properties. Most recently, they have been the Chief Financial Officer at Solow Realty & Development Group since 2015. Additionally, they had experience as a self-employed real estate financial consultant.

Steven Weymouth graduated from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus in 1984 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BBA Accounting). Steven attended the university from 1980 to 1984, focusing on the field of study of Accounting.
