Fazhar Sharin

Fazhar Sharin has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Fazhar started their career at SOLS 24/7 Malaysia, where they served as an Education Executive, Local Facilitator, and later as an Education Manager. In these roles, they developed and conducted classes for students of various ages and backgrounds, focused on subjects such as English, soft skills, motivation, and life skills. Fazhar also worked as a Deputy Director of Education at SOLS 24/7 Malaysia, where they led a team in conducting physical and virtual classes, developed content, and aligned work goals with the company's vision. Additionally, Fazhar has experience as a Lead Trainer at SOLS smart and as a Freelance Teacher, teaching academic subjects to students aged 12-17.

Fazhar Sharin received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Fazhar has additional certifications including an AI Aware Badge from MyDIGITAL and Intel, and a Certified Training Professional certification from HRD Corp - Human Resource Development Corporation, obtained in 2024 and 2022 respectively.
