We’re Solsoft, the technology strategy and support partner that puts collaboration and communication at the heart of everything we do.
Specialising in serving SMEs and not-for-profit organisations, we provide IT services ranging from reactive, central and professional services to strategy and vCIO. We help organisations achieve their goals by taking a proactive approach to IT strategy, saving our clients time and effort.
At Solsoft, we serve clients across sectors, including finance, legal and professional services, construction, healthcare and not-for-profit. We pride ourselves on our outstanding and honest customer service, as our technology alignment managers receive no commission and have no vested interests – so we can take an objective view of our clients’ needs.
What’s more, we appreciate that today, SMEs and NFPs need more from their technology partner than before. The rise of hybrid work, cloud migration and ever-evolving cybersecurity threats require much greater flexibility and strategic expertise.
This is why we go above and beyond to provide dynamic IT expertise and services, taking full account of our clients’ needs and goals. We strive to empower organisations by making the latest technology available to them – and helping them make the most effective use of it.
With a customer satisfaction rating consistently standing above 97%, we have a well-earned reputation for consistently delivering best practices and going the extra mile for our clients.
