Phillip Wills

Phillip Wills has extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Phillip'smost recent position is as the Senior Vice President at Solstice Innovations, a role they have held since November 2022. Phillip is also a member of the Board of Advisors at the same company since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Business Development at Colonial Claims Corp. from May 2018 to November 2022. From August 2007 to March 2018, Phillip served as the SVP of Client Relations at Torrent Technologies. Before that, they were a Business Relationship Manager at EDS from June 2005 to July 2007.

Phillip's career began in 1984 as a Software Engineer at IBM, a position they held until December 1989. Phillip then moved on to become the Executive Vice President at NCSI / NFS, where they worked from December 1989 to June 2005. Throughout their career, Phillip has showcased their expertise in various roles such as senior leadership, business development, client relations, and software engineering.

Phillip Wills completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Harding University from 1980 to 1983. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications related to risk rating, COVID-19 contact tracing, and public health strategy. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as FEMA, Coursera, NDPHTN, the University of Washington, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials.
